Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01 October 2025

  • Digital Products: Once purchased, all eBooks, courses, and DFY templates are delivered instantly. They are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: Refunds are only granted in cases of duplicate payment or technical issues where the product was not delivered.
  • Refunds  will be delivered within 7 days to your original payment method

  • How to Request: Email hello@jgtuniversity.in with payment details.
  • Cancellation: As digital access is immediate, orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
